Consider our new Robustus™ track system: utilizing a rotating bushing design to reduce friction and wear, Robustus tracks boast an overall working life of 6,000 hours, compared to the 3,000 hours of duty offered by most standard systems in the same field of application.

Berco products are developed using 3D design, analyzed with the Finite Element Method, and realized with rapid prototyping for optimization.
Our singular focus on innovating undercarriages and tracks allows us to produce the highest quality components on the market, all backed by solid warranty coverage and ongoing customer support. Reliability tests are carried out on components to verify life expectancy and performance in a variety of field applications. Materials and components are analyzed, using the best technology, to avoid production defects and to verify performance. Heat treatments are carried out with continuous control of each machining parameter maintained by a forefront metallurgy laboratory. These production processes are entirely automated and guarantee the consistent quality of Berco products.
thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies is a diversified supplier of components and system solutions for a wide range of different industries and markets. The Group produces crankshafts, connecting rods, Berco undercarriage components and Berco undercarriage systems.
As a market leader, with sales of over one billion euros each year, thyssenkrupp’s Forged Technologies Business Unit has 18 operating units and 8 Research and Development Centers located across seven countries. With 51 forging and 157 machining lines, our company has the ability to manufacture components ranging from 50 mm to 6 meters, as well as to assemble high-precision parts ranging from one kg up to six tonnes in size from 69 assembly lines, available in all major regions.
